BACK ORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITEMS)
- Out of stock items or items that are no longer available in the market will be removed from your order. We will email you first about this before you pay for your order. We will also let you know the revised order amount that you will have to pay.
RETURN Policy
- Returns are allowed for DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY.
- Defective items must be sent back within 10 DAYS of receipt of item as per delivery record.

ORDER CANCELLATION Policy
- Only orders NOT yet sent out can be cancelled.
- Orders not yet paid by customer after TWO weeks from online order date will be considered cancelled.
REFUNDS Policy
- Only defective items that can’t be replaced will be refunded in full.
- Refunds can either be in the form of
a. Check made out to the PAYING CUSTOMER (not the recipient), or
b. Store credits which can be used to purchase Pinoy-Showbiz.com items.
