GENERAL

1. Orders are for Philippine addresses delivery only.
2. Orders will be sent via door-to-door express delivery service.
3. For delivery to areas outside the covered areas of courier companies, orders will be sent via Express Mail Service (EMS) of the Philippine Postal Service.
4. Deliveries must be signed for by the recipient or his/her representative.
5. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not allowed.
6. Delivery date, tracking number and other details will be emailed to customer.
7. Orders lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at NO extra charge to the customer.
8. Only orders paid in full will be sent out.
9. Pinoy-Showbiz.com will not be responsible for delayed deliveries by the courier company.

We ship orders for delivery only to Philippine addresses. Orders are shipped directly from the Pinoy-Showbiz.com offices to your desired delivery address.

Shipping will vary according to total weight of all the items in your order. It can be as low as P112 if total package is below 500 grams or as high as P800 if package exceeds 10 kilos.
