Sgt. Rolando Serrano, WPD, is spending a vacation in the Visayas with his family.

There he found out that his younger brother Carding is a drug syndicate runner.

The leader is Franco Valero a former police colleague who has a grudge agains Rolando.

He was cause of Franco's separation from the police force.

Franco killed Carding first then Rolando's family.

Rolando was so mad that he vowed to avenge his relatives lives.

He tried to killed Franco but they failed.

He took the wife of Franco, his former girlfriend.

With the help of the girl he was able to defeat Franco.
