Marco (Bong Revilla) comes home from Egypt after seven years.

Feeling guilty with his long absence, he is ready to make up for the lost time and takes out his family to a magic show, where a freak accident occurs causing the death of his wife, sara (Precious Lara).

At the same time, in the same hospital where Sarah was brought, Love (Ai-Ai) is in dire need of a heart donor.

Love, an evil and heartless person who is also Marco's next door neighbor and family rival, becomes Sarah's heart recipient.

Will this end the rivalry between the two warring families?

And will Marco find out that love is indeed sweeter the second time around?
